Time for another break

We have reached the end of the second chapter. This part was mostly about organizing yourself. Again, this is not learned in a day.

How to practice

Try to find moments in your interaction with the child where you can conciously apply those concepts. Help your child - but this time, put most of the awareness towards yourself.

To start out, pick one principle at a time. While going through your routine, can you feel the rotation - both in your child`s body and yours? That is enough to think about for the beginning. Next time, you watch whether your hands are soft... It takes time and repetition to make this a habit.

Make sure to come back to this chapter at least once in the next month, and go over it again. Knowing about it is fine - sensing it is the key.

Balance

In the next chapter, we will look at the child`s organisation in gravity, and how your understanding can help to make the movement more successful.
