Congratulations! You have learned the basic principles to think and work like a therapist. I do hope some of this was helpful, and that you will go on learning to incorporating it into your work.

It does take time. Maybe it helps to think of it like learning to play a musical instrument: little steps at a time, and concentration on small details. Again, pick one idea, and go with that for some time. Make yourself a little note when you would like to review this part of the course.
