Observation

An essential part of the lesson will be working with breathing, posture, and spine. This applies to a large number of lessons that I give to children with special needs, especially in the area of spasticity and in children who at one point had problems breathing (or swallowing) or a lack of oxygen.

We don't need any basic anatomical knowledge for our work. Nevertheless, for a better understanding of the basic idea, I have included a few videos in which anatomists describe their view of the topic.
